Rental Rates
| Up To Six Hours | $150 |
| Between Seven And Twelve Hours | $200 |
| Twenty-Four Hours | $350 |
* All contracts require a $100 damage deposit
** There is a $50 cleaning fee and a $25 trash fee that will be applied if the theater is not left in the same condition it was intitially rented in and/or if the trash is not removed from the premises at the conclusion of your event
