Rental Rates

Up To Six Hours	$150
Between Seven And Twelve Hours	$200
Twenty-Four Hours	$350

All contracts require a $100 damage deposit

There is a $50 cleaning fee and a $25 trash fee that will be applied if the theater is not left in the same condition it was initially rented in and/or if the trash is not removed from the premises at the conclusion of your event.
